By engaging with X100RANK Computers for repair, maintenance, or consulting services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your device.
1. Diagnostics and Estimates

Initial Assessment: A diagnostic fee may apply to all devices. This fee covers the technician’s time and expertise required to identify the root cause of the failure.

Quote Validity: Service quotes provided are valid for 7 business days. If additional issues are discovered during the repair process, we will pause work and seek your approval before proceeding.
2. Data Responsibility & Loss

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to back up all data, software, and files prior to submitting a device for repair.

Data Loss Waiver: While we take every precaution to protect your digital assets, X100RANK Computers is not liable for any loss of data, corruption of files, or software malfunctions that may occur during the repair, optimization, or “Rank-Up” process.
3. Repair Risks & Liquid Damage

Inherent Risk: Some repairs (particularly micro-soldering and screen replacements) carry inherent risks. By authorizing a repair, you acknowledge that the device may be beyond recovery due to pre-existing damage.

Liquid Damage: Devices with liquid damage are notoriously unpredictable. X100RANK does not guarantee that a liquid-damaged device will remain functional long-term after an initial successful cleaning or repair.
4. Parts and Warranty

Genuine Parts: We use high-quality, genuine, or OEM-equivalent parts for all replacements.

Service Warranty: We offer a [Insert Duration, e.g., 30 or 90-day] warranty on the specific part replaced and the labor performed. This warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical damage, liquid ingress, or tampering by a third party after leaving our facility.
5. Abandoned Devices

Pickup Timeline: Customers must collect their devices within 30 days of being notified that the service is complete.

Disposal: Any device left at our service center for more than 60 days without prior arrangement will be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover the costs of parts and labor or disposed of responsibly.
6. Payment Terms

Full Payment: All service fees must be paid in full before the device is released.

Accepted Methods: We accept [Cash, Mobile Money (MoMo), and Bank Transfers].
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, X100RANK Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of a device following a repair attempt.
